The property is located within the boundaries of the Westerly Metropolitan District Nos. 1-4 which are each a special taxing district (the “Districts”). The Districts have issued or expect to issue bonds that are paid by revenues produced from annual tax levies on the taxable property within the Districts. Any buyer should investigate the financing plans of the Districts, proposed or existing mill levies of the Districts servicing such indebtedness, and the potential for an increase in such mill levies.
